In an effort to cheer up Charly, I taught her possibly the best movie quote ever. (see above, from the movie Hot Rod, which BTW she has not seen). Yes that is right, not only do we home school our kids...we let them in on our inside jokes too! Oh how lucky to be a Campbell kid...LOL!
On a serious note though, we think that is is likely that Charly is in a constant state of grouch due to the fact that all her energy is exerted into her growing body, which is growing at a super fast rate these days. Tonight I made her favorite, green spaghetti (another attempt to make her smile) and she ate three bowls!
After an off wall day, both on her and my own part, we managed to have a great FHE still. We made an apple pie tortilla treat that she saw in one of her Highlights magazines. Needless to say we probably won't be making it again, not the greatest combinations, although if the tortillas were crispy it would have been slightly better.
Long day was coming to a close and we decided to go out back and get eaten alive by mosquitoes (mostly I got eaten alive). And at last, I got a picture of Charly smiling! Mission success! Whew and I was beginning to think that she was going to have a case of the Monday's for forever.

... Oh and I'm SOOOOOO glad you love hot rod. Me and my sister quote it all the time, you need to google "I'm on a boat" you can't watch it with the girls but the guy from hot rod raps in it with Tpain, it is hilarious it just makes fun of the stupid rappers and how they sing about absolutely nothing.
