Rocks...yep just rocks
Woke up at 5am this morning to be in McKinney by 8. There has been some rattling in our car when you put it in Reverse so I wanted to get that checked out. Turns out there are tons of rocks in the engine mount....crap and now I have to pay 50 bucks for them to take it apart and get them out. A part of me thinks that I can just take a high power sprayer under the car and take care of it for a buck but Im hesitant because if that doesnt work then I have to drive back to Mckinney anyways...either way Im out of money. Nate is in class and I cant get ahold of him and in times like these I could really use his input. I had to make the executive decision to let them clean it out. Times like these I wish we had an older car that was easy to work on. It seems like cars these days are put together with weird bolts and such so you HAVE to take them to the dealer, yes there is a conspiracy to everything he he he. On another note, seeing as how we are in the bigger town we can at least get a Target trip out of this escapade and I have been wanting to get some refill air fresheners from there that are non toxic. Some night crawler is getting my zuccini and I fear that if I dont do something quickly they will destroy my plants so I also need to see if there are any non toxic pesticides...that is probably not going to happen. Oh oh and one more thing, as you know we have had a bit of a roach issue. In total I have seen about 10 in all downstairs, but none upstairs. I was naive and thought maybe the roaches like to be downstairs near the kitchen but boy was I wrong! As I was getting ready this morning I noticed a giant roach on the wall! Apparently Im not even safe in my bed and now I fear I will constantly be paranoid that there is a roach on me, yikes! I really dont want to but perhaps we can leave for a couple of days and do a bug bomb....roaches are the worst. Growing up I can remember dodging them all over the house and they had wings, perhaps its a right of passage for kids in Texas. Good ole Texas...where tarantulas and roaches roam.

Did you ever find the neem oil? Seems like we both had bad car days! These are the days you wish the man would just take care of all things car related!
