The rain came pouring down again yesterday as I waited for Nate to get off work. Since we had a rain break during the afternoon I thought it was possible to get another one. It drizzled the whole drive up to this road and literally stopped as soon as we got out of the car! I of course was jumping up and down from excitment, anyone who has ever tried to take pictures while holding an umbrella will understand why!
When Piper isn't bullying Charly she is quite affectionate. Now if only we could get Piper to do this all the time and stop shoving and hitting her!
Charly is so goofy, I'm not sure who or what she was thinking about but she just suddenly started pulling out ridiculous and funny poses.
This is the little swampy area where she was pretending to be an alligator hours earlier. I tried to hide my fear of water moccasins as I too stepped into the water with my rain boots *shivers*.
PS, Charly has been wearing this little princess outfit since she was 18 months old! It was a dress I made for her BFF Layla's second birthday.
