Tuesday evening I was invited to a bridal shower and followed with another evening at Braums for ice cream and chocolate milk. The shower was a blast, but for some reason I was in a very sassy mood and probably made many inappropriate comments. I think Im just delirious when I get to get out of the house for girls night without the kiddos. Yeah that's it!
Anyways there was a wedding dress contest to design a dress with bathroom paper, and even though our dress was AH-mazing....the other team won(not sure what they won actually)! The competitive nature in myself was full force and thought the big bows on top and around the dress were awesome....too bad the bride to be didn't think so. Oh well.
Look at that attention to detail on the back....PS I was so thankful that earlier last week I watched a bow tutorial, otherwise our bows may have looked like the competition's bows!

Kitty Update:
Three day old kittens are just adorable, and the mama is treating them wonderfully. Charly is constantly wanting to go watch them and help them nurse....although I'm pretty sure they don't need help in that department. She is dying to play with them! Will post pictures in a few days I suppose, haven't been motivated to blog so much lately. There is so much to catch up on, this has been a very busy week for me....along with learning the tricks of coupons from Anja, I'm getting ready for my mom to come tomorrow to stay with the girls overnight while Nate and I attend a dining out at Carswell(sp). I obviously have never been away from both girls overnight but I think it will be OK....hoping.
